It’s Minnie Mouse madness at Love Magazine!
Last month we revealed that Minnie would be playing cover girl for the London-based bi-annual mag and now we have another cover image to coo over, this time featuring the magical mouse in her trademark red and white polkadots.
And as if that wasn’t enough, Disney announced that six fashion houses have created mouse ears in Minnie’s honour, which will be flaunted by Britain’s top models on variant covers of the magazine. This isn’t the first time that Minnie Mouse ears have gone couture but it’s the first time they’ve been re-designed by couture fashion houses!
We’ve already seen Georgia May Jagger’s elegant cover featuring the Miu Miu ears and now you can check out the rest of the covers below!
Gucci created a pair of luxury leather ears embossed with the interlocked ‘G’ logo in red, gold, white and black so you can match them to any outfit. Cara Delevigne models the red version, above, with a casual denim jacket, proving they fit with just about anything!
Edie Campbell goes for sports luxe in an Adidas hoodie and black ears by Loewe, which feature the most fabulous cartoon-sized pink bow. We want to get our hands on that bow so badly!
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley radiates military romantic in her US army jacket (and not much else) plus a pair of denim Marc by Marc Jacobs mouse ears with a graffiti logo and stitched polkadots.
Chiharu Okunugi goes grunge in an over-sized plaid shirt and pair of mixed media mouse ears by Jake and Dinos Chapman for Louis Vuitton, which feature a scary mouse graphic on one ear (my, those are awfully big teeth you have Minnie!) as well as a sequin bow embellished with buttons.
To get a closer look at all these mouse ears and more (plus a gorgeous pair of gold and blue Prada ears and Louis Vuitton logo ears not showcased above) check out the gallery below!
Love Magazine’s ‘The Sweetie Issue’ featuring Minnie Mouse is released tomorrow!
