Magical Mickey and Minnie Bikes from Huffy

A very wise man* once said “life is like riding a bicycle” so it’s only logical that if you want a magical life, you get a magical bike!

Which is why we were thrilled to discover Huffy Bikes‘ Disney adult cruisers, which launched at the D23 Expo last week. In collaboration with the House of Mouse, Huffy created two versions of the awesome limited edition bikes: one in honor of Minnie and the other in honor of Mickey! Only 1,000 of each version were created and every bike is individually numbered, meaning it’s not only a chic ride, it’s an investment too!

There are some truly impressive details on the bikes, such as the Minnie and Mickey silhouettes imprinted into the seats, and the fenders feature movie graphics from Steamboat Willie. The Minnie bikes are also adorned with a classic polkadot print and fabric-lined wicker baskets (which are great for cruising around campus if you’re at college) and  the Mickey bike comes in a super sleek black with a retro-style front headlight so you can safely ride at night.

Check out lots more pictures of the bikes in the gallery below.

The bikes retail at $599 each, which includes shipping, collectors’ packaging and a Certificate of Authenticity. If you’re a US resident you can also enter to win one on Huffy’s Facebook page!

Also, a little mousey told us that Huffy have another Disney-themed surprise out in Spring 2014. Stay tuned!
